The "Delete" button remains inactive until you have selected a Slave Replica from the list.

Clicking the "Cancel" button will abort the operation and return you to the main window. You can also click the on the right hand corner of the window to exit.

By default, the directory of the Dump Files is found under the folder named "dump" and is located where you initially installed the File Replica application.

        Example:         "C:/dascfrs/client/dump"

With this, you will arrive immediately to the directory of the Dump Files so you won't have to look further. But you can still assign other directories where you wish to keep the Dump Files.

This also automatically generates the filename for the dump file. This uses the name of the Slave Replica selected followed by the extension, ".slave.dmp" so you won't have to worry about assigning a filename to the slave dump file. But you can still assign whatever filename you desire, as long as, you use the above extension name.

If the file already exists, a message box will pop-up stating whether you want to overwrite the existing filename or not.


Click the "Yes" button to overwrite the existing file hence click "No" to close the Overwrite option message box and return you to the "Delete Slave Files not in Master Log" window.
