After selecting the Master Replica you want to clean-up its backup files that are not available, this will immediately bring you to the Dump Directory where you have initially installed the File Replica application and also generates the Backup Dump Filename automatically. This uses the name of the Master Replica selected followed by the extension, ".backup.dmp" so you won't have to worry about assigning a filename to the backup dump file. But you can still assign whatever filename you desire, as long as, you use the above extension name.

If the file already exists, a message box will pop-up stating whether you want to overwrite the existing filename or not.


Click the "Yes" button to overwrite the existing file hence click "No" to close the Overwrite option message box and return you to the "Delete Backup Files not in Master Log" window.
