e-doc Print Help Print Server Settings

  • Printer Server Settings are settings you can assign for e-doc Print! System to follow. This allows the user to assign values for the number of Access Logs and Print Logs to be deleted in every hour as well as the duration of time for the Access and Print Log Subject for deletion.

  • To set the print server settings, expand the Print Server folder and then click on Settings. This will show the print server setting page.



  • On the Print Server Settings page, you can assign or set data on the following:

    • Set the Print Background Form Image field by selecting; Yes to print the background form image or No if you do not want to include the background form image when printing the document page.



    • Enter a value for the number of access logs to be deleted every hour.



    • Enter a value for the number of days for access logs to be subjected for deletion.



    • Enter a value for the number of print logs to be deleted every hour.



    • Enter a value for the number of days for print logs to be subjected for deletion.



    • Below the current Print Server Settings, you will find the Log Deletion Status. This shows the following information:

        - Date of Last Deletion Activity
        - No. of Access Log Last Deleted
        - Total No. of Access Log Deleted
        - No. of Print Log Last Deleted
        - Total No. of Print Log Deleted

    • Click the Save button to save the print server settings. A confirmation will appear and you will have the following options;

        Modify Again: Click this button to modify the current print server settings.
        Exit: Click this button to abort the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.
        Help: Click this button to bring out the help guide for the current page.


    • Click the Refresh button to refresh the current page.

    • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation without modifying or changing the current settings and return to the welcome page or main menu.

    • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
