  • Why do I have to log in to use e-doc Print? This is primarily for security reasons. You don't want unauthorized persons to view your documents don't you?

  • Can I use accessories even though I haven't logged in e-doc Print! yet? Yes you can! These tools are free!

  • Can I change my password? It depends. If the administrator allows you to do so, then you can, if not, you can't. Get more details here.

  • When I clicked the pause button, the printer console did not paused, is this normal? Yes, this is normal. The "Pause" button on the printer console actually pauses the next document page in queue next to the current page being printed. This means that the current page being printed will continue until the printing job for that current page is finished. To completely stop the print process, click the "cancel" button instead.

  • Why can't I launch the Printer Console? You have to have a Java Runtime Environment Plug-in (JRE) Version 1.2 or higher installed in your system. You may visit Sun Microsystem - Java Download page or Open JRE 1.3.1_07 and Install it in your system. This JRE Plug-in version 1.3.1_07 can be found on the Software folder.

  • What does the + and - signs on the left menu mean? It means that the folders bearing this signs have sub-folders within them. The + sign means that you can expand that folder to see its contents. The - signs means that the folder is already expanded, click the - sign to collapse it.
