STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (SOA) VIA E-MAIL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By enrolling in the SOA via E-mail service, the CARDHOLDER agrees to be bound by all operational rules and general terms and conditions governing Bankard SOA via E-mail.
2. Only CARDHOLDERS with active accounts are qualified to enroll in the SOA via E-mail service. An enrolled CARDHOLDER who voluntarily cancels his card but still has an outstanding balance will continue to receive his monthly SOA via e-mail.
3. Each account is limited to only one e-mail address.
4. It is the duty of the CARDHOLDER to inform Bankard immediately of any change in his e-mail address. Failure of the CARDHOLDER to receive his monthly SOA due to a change in his e-mail address will not excuse him from payment by due date.
5. To receive his SOA via E-mail, a CARDHOLDER has to enroll his account through any of the following:
  1. by sending an email-request to SOA@bankard.com or logging on to the Bankard website at www.Bankard.com.
  2. by calling Bankard Customer Service at 888-1-888 (within Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-888-1888 (toll-free, outside Metro Manila using PLDT NDD)
  3. by faxing a request to 888-1-800
  4. by mailing your enrollment request to Bankard Customer Service Division P.O. Box 12519, Ortigas Post Office, 1605 Pasig City, Philippines
6. Disenrollment in the SOA via E-mail service is allowed only after six (6) months of being enrolled. The same procedures listed in number 5 (a-d) will be followed for the disenrollment process.
7. Once enrolled in the SOA via e-mail service, an active CARDHOLDER will no longer receive their monthly SOA via postal mail one (1) month after enrollment date.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the CARDHOLDER to access his SOA via E-mail every cut-off. Failure to do so will not excuse the CARDHOLDER from payment by due date. Any charges incurred due to CARDHOLDER'S late or non-accessing of his SOA via e-mail shall be for his account.
9. Bankard is not liable for non-receipt of SOA via E-mail due to the following reasons:
  1. E-mail Host or ISP is down
  2. Accounts over quota
  3. Unknown E-mail address
10. Any information provided by the CARDHOLDER will be used to update his personal records.
11. Any delay or failure in the delivery of the SOA via e-mail prior to the payment due date for Bankard accounts must be reported by the CARDHOLDER to the Bankard Customer Service.
12. Any error/s appearing in the SOA via E-mail must be reported by the CARDHOLDER to the Bankard Customer Service immediately. If no error is reported within thirty (30) days from statement date, this signifies that the CARDHOLDER agrees and confirms that the SOA is true and correct.
