e2B System Administrator Help Forwarding a Received Message

  • This feature allows you to forward the current viewed inbox message to other users. This is applicable when you have opened a message in your Inbox.

  • The Forward button when clicked upon allows you to forward or send the current viewed message to other users. To do so, move your cursor on top of the Forward button and click on it. This will bring out Text Message Forwarding Window. The next step for you to do is to determine who will receive your message.

To do this, move your cursor on top of the Add button beside the Forward To.. Text Box and click on it. A List of System User Type appears, select the desired User Type. Then search the desired User you want your message to be sent to. You can add Users as many as you want, just repeat the process and then click the Exit button when you had enough to return to the Text Message page. All the Users contained in the Forward To.. Text Box will receive your message.

  • The Book button will only appear when you have saved specifically selected the Users you only want in your Address Book. So you don't have to search for the entire users contained in the database. This narrows down your selection of users.

  • To delete User/s you don't want your message to be sent to, click on the drop down list of Forward To.. Text Box and select the desired User to be deleted and then click on the Delete button (beside the Add button) to remove it from the selection.

  • If you want to Copy Furnish your message to other users, click the Add button (beside the Cc.. Text Box). This is just like adding users from the Forward To.. Text Box, follow the same process above. You can leave this text box blank since it is optional.

  • To type in your comment, move your cursor on top of the Comment Text Box and click on it. Now type in your comment using your keyboard. You are limited to enter a maximum of 255 characters including punctuation marks and spaces. So, when you have exceeded the limit, the system will automatically erase the excess characters.

  • You can also have the option to send your message on a particular date and time. Type in on the Send On Text Box, the format must look something like this: i. e. January 1, 2003 1:00 am. When you have entered a Send On, you can actually send it immediately since it will first go to your e-doc Text Messenger Outbox until the set date and time are reached. That is the only time that your message will be sent to the designated party.

  • Type in your Personal Remarks.

  • You can also forward a copy of your message through the designated user's E-mail or S.M.S. Device. To do so, move your cursor on top of the Check Box beside the E-mail or S.M.S. Device and click your left mouse button. This will leave a check mark signifying that your message will also be forwarded to their E-mail or Device with text messaging feature; like a cellular phone. You can list down users' E-mail addresses or S.M.S. Device Numbers in your Address Book.

  • You can now Send your message after you're done by clicking the Forward button.

  • The Clear button clears all entry boxes for new entries and the Cancel button cancels the operation or closes the Text Message Forwarding Window and return to previous page.

  • The Help button brings out the help guide for the current page.

Note: If the message contains an Attached Document, you can click on it to view its contents.
