- If you want to move an account, click on the Move.
Note: The Move feature maybe found on
the following folders:
- e2B Secure!
- under the Manager Maintenance folder > Manager.
- under the User Maintenance folder > User.
- under the Client Maintenance folder > Client.
- under the Guest Maintenance folder > Guest.
- e-doc Form!
- under the Document Type Maintenance folder > Document Type.
- Select a "Group".
Note: The Group may stand for the following;
Manager,
User,
Client,
Guest or
Document.
- After selecting a "Group", select the desired document to be moved.
- After selecting the desired document to move, it will show the file's information page.
In here, you can select where the document be moved to a new group.
- When done, click the Move button to move the document.
A confirmation will be shown, either the action was successful
or there was an error.
- Click the Back button to return to the previous page visited.
- Click the Search button to bring out
the extended search engine.
Note: The Search button only appears
when there more than ten (10) available selections.
- Click the "Group" button to return to
the Group selection screen.
- Click the Reset button to clear recently entered data.
- Click the Cancel button to abort operation
and return to the welcome or title screen.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
