  • Click "Recover" under the folder "User Status."



    *** If you have less than 10 User Status, read the next part, if not, you can skip this part.

  • If you have less than 10 User Status, you'll be taken to the User Status selection screen. Simply click on the drop down menu (the textbox with a little arrow pointing down that is located on its left side), and all the User Status that exist will appear on the list. Move your mouse cursor over the User Status that you want then click or press your left mouse button. You'll now be taken to that document's information page.

  • If you have more than 10 User Status, you need to read more help on e2B's Search Feature.

  • Move your mouse over the Recover button and press your left mouse button if you want to recover the current viewed User Status. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Back button to go back to the previous page visited.

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to welcome page or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
