e2B System Administrator Help Creating a User Status

  • Click "New" under the folder "User Status" folder.

A blank form will appear. The form consists of the following editable fields. They are; User Status Name (a required field - you cannot save unless you fill up this field), Arrangement Number, Auto Reply Message, Message to Reply, Forward to E-mail, E-mail Address, Forward to S.M.S. Device, S.M.S. Device Number, Record Status, Date Valid From, Date Valid Until, and Remarks.

  • Move your cursor until it is over the User Status Name field. Once it is over it, click your left mouse button. You should see a vertical blinking line inside that text box. Start typing your desired User Status Name using your keyboard. Once finished, press TAB or click on the next field to enter an Arrangement Number.

  • The Arrangement Number field is an optional field. If you leave it blank, the software automatically puts the value of 0(zero) in it. However, if you rather type your number, simply put your cursor inside the text box and then use your keyboard to type your desired Arrangement Number.

  • You can set your Auto-Reply Message by selecting Yes or No.

Click Yes if you want to activate the auto-reply function and type in your message in the Message to Reply textbox.

You are limited to a maximum of 255 characters only. If you have exceeded the limit, the system automatically erases the excess characters. If you do not want to activate the auto-reply function, select No and leave the Message to Reply Text field blank.

  • If you want received messages to be forwarded to your E-mail, click Yes to forward it to your E-mail and type in your e-mail address on the E-mail Address text field. If you don't want the message to be forwarded in your e-mail, select No and leave the E-mail Address text field blank.

  • If you want your received messages to be forwarded into your S.M.S. Device, click Yes.

Type in your S.M.S. Device Number on the S.M.S. Device Number text field. If not, select No and leave the field blank.

  • To clear all recently entered entries, click the Clear button.

  • Once you are sure about your entries, simply move your cursor over the Save button and press your left mouse button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
