- Click "US States" under the folder "Reference Codes."
A US States window will appear. To navigate through the different states in the US,
move your cursor on top of the scroll bar and then click and hold your left mouse button.
Then, scroll up and down through the different states.
Or, use your Up and Down Arrow Keys on your keyboard.
- You can also arrange the states.
To do so, scroll down until you have reached the bottom of the us states window.
Then, point and click on either of the two(2): Code or Name.
If you clicked on the Code, this will arrange the Codes alphabetically
and if you clicked on the Name, this will arrange the names of states alphabetically.
- To exit the US States window, click on the
Icon on the top most right corner of the US States browser and return to the main menu.
